• Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday
• Residents of the Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland, this service may take an additional 2 days to reach you, under the ‘2 Day Offshore’ carriage. We do not ship outside of the UK.
• Has your delivery gone missing? Please wait up to 6 working days after ordering, then contact us on admin@dylanmeetsworld.com or use the contact form. Don’t forget to include your order number!
• PLEASE NOTE – we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at check out. If you have inputted your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, you will need to contact us here to notify us.

Delivery

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. We aim for orders to be shipped next working day but please allow 2-4 working days for orders to be shipped. This cost is calculated at checkout.
